Jeong Yi-hoon, a former member of the South Korean boy band BTOB who was sentenced to two years in prison in the first instance for drug abuse, recently appealed the first-instance judgment.

Jung Yi-hoon Smoked marijuana 161 times between July 2016 and November 2019, with a total drug volume of 820 grams and a total drug cost of 130 million won. In the previous trial, the central prosecutor asked the court to sentence Jung Yi-hoon to four years in prison and a fine of 133 million won, while the Seoul Central District Court sentenced Jung Yi-hoon to two years in prison and detention in court on the 10th of this month. According to Zheng Yixun's legal representative, Zheng Yixun has recently appealed to a higher court.

Jung debuted as a member of BTOB in 2012 and quit the group after the drug scandal was exposed.
