From July 5, 2016 to January 9, 2019, In the past two and a half years, Zheng Yixun smoked marijuana 161 times with seven accomplices, spent a total of KRW 133 million (about 3.5 million yuan) to buy drugs, and all 7 people indicted together also pleaded guilty in court; on May 20, the second trial was held, he was asked to be sentenced to four years in prison and fined 133.05 million won (about NT$3.5 million).

At the third court session on June 10, Chung Yi-hoon, dressed in a black suit and a mask, walked into the Seoul Central District Court to participate in the hearing, judging from the video released by the media, he walked all the way fast, bowed his head, and did not say half a word until about 2 p.m. (1 o'clock Taiwan time) The court announced that he was sentenced to 2 years in prison, fined 133,055,000 won (about NT$3.5 million) and sentenced him to court detention. He simply replied, "No, I'm sorry."

According to Korean media reports, "general detention" means that the police must have an arrest warrant or the police catch the active offender within 48 hours to receive the arrest warrant to restrain the prisoner's behavior, but the "court detention" (similar detention) is the direct detention of the prisoner in court, or the arrest of the defendant within 2 months, and the defendant has 2 appeal opportunities to extend the detention time.
