Prepare the materials
Servings: 7" cake x 1
Base Material:
Coconut tanger (cut into mushrooms) 250 g
Almonds (chopped) 100 g
Unsweetened cocoa powder 30 g
1/4 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Mousse Material:
Raw cashews (soaked in water for 4 hours) 180 g
Unsweetened cocoa powder 35 g
Coconut oil (melted) 100 g
Honey 60 g
Instant espresso powder 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla oil (vanilla extract) 1/2 teaspoon
Production process
To prepare the cake base:
1. Spread butter paper over the cake mold.
2. Mix all the base ingredients.
3. Flatten the bottom of the cake evenly on the cake mold and set aside.
Chocolate Mousse Method:
1. Add sugar-free cocoa powder, coconut oil, honey, instant espresso powder, salt and vanilla oil to a blender and add 1/3 serving of raw cashews. Stir until smooth.
2. Add an additional 1/3 serving of raw cashews. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the remaining raw cashews. Stir until smooth.
