Lasagna is a very complicated dish, so I cut the steps of this dish in half! The key is that I replace the dough with a dumpling wrapper. Two-thirds of the dumpling wrappers are boiled in white sauce and have a sticky texture. The rest is pan-fried to a crispy texture and spread on top of the ingredients, giving you the aroma of freshly baked out of the oven.

4. Put the remaining dumpling wrappers into the pot, cook over low heat for 2~3 minutes, then sprinkle in the cheese powder and stir well.
5. In the order of meat sauce and step 3 on the plate, cross stack about 2~3 layers, and put the dumpling wrapper from step 3 on the top layer. Finally, cover the top of the dumpling wrapper from step 1 and sprinkle with cheese powder as you like.
