2: When marinating the fish head, prepare the ingredients, cut the ginger slices, garlic slices, red pepper strips and green onion. Prepare steamed fish minced pepper, tempeh
3: Put vegetable oil in the pot, turn on low heat, put in the tempeh to fry first, then put the steamed fish chopped pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry together, stir-fry the aroma and put it out. (Do not put fresh red pepper shreds)
4: Pick the marinated fish heads and remove the shallots, ginger and garlic from the marinated, and then put them in a clean bowl
