Liu Hongmei was a member of the Youth League Committee of Guanlan Middle School, the deputy director of the Moral Education Office of Xin'an Middle School, the vice principal of The Transformation Primary School, the main person in charge of the Xin'an Teaching and Research Center, the head of the Education Office of the First School District of the Bao'an District Education Bureau, and the principal of Yizhan Primary School. Xie Bing became the principal of Jian'an Primary School in July 2015 and retired in July 2021. During her 6 years in office, she has led the school to based on all development, create an education suitable for the good personality development of each student, build a "personalized moral education" system, form two carriages with "personality teaching", jointly improve the school's personality education system, and realize "building Jian'an Primary School into a modern brand school with distinctive characteristics of personality education and culture, perfect activity system, strong resource guarantee, fruitful development results, and certain influence in China." In the one-month period since Liu Hongmei took office, she has completed the smooth handover of work with the previous principal; convened the administrative meeting of all the jian'an primary school and talked with each administration to understand the work situation and be familiar with the division of administrative work; organize the preparation of the 2022 budget; guide the prevention and control of the epidemic and other safety work; adjust and repair the administrative office, teacher's office, and student classrooms to create a simple and efficient officer atmosphere; inspect the overall campus environment of the school and formulate a plan to further improve environmental quality.
