Member Liu Hongmei suggested that six forward-looking industrial technology innovation platforms be created to seize the commanding heights of industrial competition in the future.
The first is the "core" industry major scientific and technological innovation platform. Focus on cultivating core technologies and key technologies in related fields such as artificial intelligence, general chips, cloud computing, and network security, and create a "core" industrial cluster for the country's heavy equipment.
The second is a major scientific and technological innovation platform for biomedicine. Focus on the research and development of new vaccines, therapeutic antibodies, protein polypeptide drugs, new blood products, etc., and strive to break through large-scale cell culture technology, gene sequencing technology, nano preparation technology, sustained release preparation technology, etc.
The third is a major scientific and technological innovation platform for high-end equipment manufacturing. Mainly develop intelligent equipment, CNC machine tools, intelligent logistics, large-scale 3D printing equipment, etc.
The fourth is a major scientific and technological innovation platform for military-civilian integration. Carry out joint military-civilian research, focusing on the development of commercial aerospace, general aviation and water vehicles, high-tech ships and intelligent equipment and other dual-use and "military-to-civilian" technologies.
Fifth, a major joint scientific and technological innovation platform for the automobile industry.
The sixth is a major phosphorus chemical joint scientific and technological innovation platform.
