1. Funding Targets

(1) The applicant's family is a low-income family such as a family in the consolidation period of poverty alleviation, a low-income family, and a low-income family in urban areas;

(2) Under the same conditions, the financial assistance shall be provided, and the selection shall be carried out in the order of orphans, students whose family members are disabled or seriously ill for a long time, students who are disabled themselves, or students whose families have financial difficulties due to natural disasters;

2. Funding methods
