Ingredients: flour, shallots, fresh ginger, coriander, sea salt, peppercorns, large oil, vegetable oil
method:
1, lamb meat with bone chopped into small pieces, (or can directly use the side plug wind salt pond beach sheep with bone meat pieces).
2: Stir with salt and pepper oil and flour to a bowl.
3: Add shallots and fresh ginger.
4. Steam for 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
5: Add parsley out of the pan.
