Wang Qing

Wang Qing, male, born on May 6, 1937, is a native of Shipizi Village, Yemaotai Town, Faku County. As a teenager, he studied in elementary and junior high schools in his hometown. In September 1956, he graduated from the third grade of Siping Senior High School in Jilin Province.

On October 1, 1956, Wang Qing participated in education work in Siping City. In 1958, he was transferred back to Yemaotai Junior High School in Faku County as a Chinese teacher, during which time he studied and graduated from the Chinese Department of Shenyang Secondary School Teachers' Training College. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1966. From December 1968 to August 1970, he was selected by the Education Group of the Revolutionary Committee of Liaoning Province to participate in the leading group of the Textbook Writing Group of Primary and Secondary Schools in Liaoning Province, and in September 1972, he worked in the education group of the Revolutionary Committee of Faku County.

In December 1979, according to the arrangements for the cadres of the national organs to enrich the public procuratorial and legal organs, Wang Qing was transferred to the Faku County People's Court to work, and successively served as an assistant judge, a judge, and the director of the research office of the president of the Second Criminal Division. From August 1985 to July 1987, in order to do a good job in trial research, Wang Qing participated in the study of legal psychology at the Northeast Legal Psychology College, and in July 1986, the Northeast Legal Psychology College was transferred to Tianjin

At the Tianjin Institute of Law and Continuing Education sponsored by the Institute of Law of Nankai University, Wang Qing continued to study legal psychology at the institute and was rated as an outstanding student. In September 1994, Wang Qing was hired as a correspondent by the People's Court Newspaper's Communications Department. Since October 2001, he has been a consultant of the Legal Library Consulting Office of Shenyang Economic and Administrative Legal Counsel Center. He retired in December 1997.

Since 1998, he has been the legal counsel of Shenyang Taoshan Brewing Group Company. Since joining the work, Wang Qing has always insisted on conscientiously studying psychology and legal expertise, actively carried out various work, made excellent achievements, and received many commendations. During his work in the education group of the Faku County Revolutionary Committee, he was awarded the title of advanced worker in Faku County. During his work in the county court, he was successively rated as an outstanding communist party member in Faku County, an advanced worker in Faku County, an advanced worker in the court system of Tieling and Shenyang City, and an excellent researcher. During his further studies at the Northeast Institute of Legal Psychology, he wrote a paper entitled "A Preliminary Discussion on the Legal Psychology System and Sub-disciplines", which was valued by the Chinese legal community and invited to participate in the National Symposium of Legal Psychological Scientists held in Beijing in July 1986. During his studies at the Tianjin Law Training Institute, Wang Qing used his knowledge of legal psychology to write a paper entitled "On the Characteristics and Countermeasures of Current Sexual Crimes". The paper was rated as the outstanding legal paper of Liaoning Province in 1987-1988. Wang Qing has also completed papers such as "A Brief Discussion on the Causes and Legal Responsibilities of the Increasing Number of Current Maintenance Cases," "A Brief Analysis of the Psychology of plaintiffs and defendants in Maintenance Cases," and "A Brief Discussion on the Current Situation of Peasants' Arrears and Settlement." The above papers have been published in public journals and have been published in liaoning provincial legal theory seminars on many occasions. In order to further enrich his knowledge of psychological science, Wang Qing also participated in the professional studies of "Judicial Psychology", "Psychological Counseling" and "Psychological Therapy" sponsored by the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

In recent years, Wang Qing has used his knowledge of psychological counseling and psychotherapy to serve the society, and has taught "Psychology of The Elderly" and "Legal Knowledge" to the trainees of faku county senior cadre university; For people with psychological problems and psychological disorders, psychological counseling and psychological adjustment services have been well received.
