Recently, Shizuishan Xinding Financing Guarantee Company sent a pennant to the Comprehensive Trial Division of the Huinong District People's Court, praising and thanking the District Court for its fair adjudication in the trial of the company's loan contract dispute cases with a chemical company and Zhang X, recovering losses for the enterprise, and preventing and resolving the economic risks of the enterprise, helping the enterprise reduce pressure, stabilizing the regional economic order, and optimizing the business environment of the enterprise.
Huinong District People's Court has always been in line with the service tenet of "justice for the people, fair justice", in order to provide strong judicial services and guarantees for the rule of law business environment as its own responsibility, in the trial of various types of economic and financial dispute cases, not only focus on the conclusion of the case, timely resolution of disputes, but also take into account the overall situation of escorting regional economic development, helping enterprises reduce burden and reduce pressure, and optimizing the market business environment.
Since the beginning of this year, the Huinong District Court has concluded more than 450 cases of various economic disputes, involving hundreds of millions of yuan, mediated several financial loan dispute cases with a subject amount of millions of yuan, and the amount of mediation and closure of cases has reached more than 20 million yuan, effectively preventing financial risks, and also helping small and micro enterprises to alleviate the pressure of loan repayment, providing a strong judicial guarantee for the stable development of the regional economy and creating a fair, just and orderly business environment.
