Gao Yongfeng, deputy general manager of Shizuishan Xinding Guarantee Co., Ltd., was expelled from the party and terminated his labor contract

A few days ago, the Shizuishan Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision conducted a case review and investigation of Gao Yongfeng, deputy general manager of Shizuishan Xinding Guarantee Co., Ltd., for serious violations of discipline and law.

After investigation, Gao Yongfeng, as a party member, lost his ideals and convictions, had a weak sense of party spirit, lacked a sense of law and discipline, violated honesty and discipline, and repeatedly accepted property from service recipients; violated work discipline, dereliction of duty, and improper performance of his work duties, causing heavy losses to state-owned funds; and he was also suspected of other serious violations of discipline and law. His behavior has seriously damaged the image of the Party and the interests of state-owned enterprises, and he has not relented or reined in his actions after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, which is serious in nature and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant provisions, after study by the Standing Committee of the Shizuishan Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission and the Executive Committee of the Supervision Commission, it was decided to expel Gao Yongfeng from the party; Shizuishan Xinding Guarantee Co., Ltd. terminated Gao Yongfeng's labor contract relationship; and confiscated his gains from violating discipline and law.
