As a party member and responsible person of a state-owned enterprise, Li Xuejun has a weak political consciousness, has lost his ideals and convictions, has betrayed his original mission, has no concept of law and discipline, and has used his power to wantonly amass wealth; his behavior has seriously damaged the party's image and the interests of state-owned enterprises. In accordance with the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, and other relevant provisions, Li Xuejun was expelled from the party and no longer given government sanctions in view of his resignation from public office. The issue of their suspected crimes is transferred to the judicial organs for handling in accordance with law, and the property involved is transferred with the case.
