As of the date of this announcement, the balance of external guarantees of Oriental Garden and its holding subsidiaries is 3,581,231,300 yuan, accounting for 30.03% of the company's audited net assets at the end of 2020.
In addition, Oriental Garden agreed to appoint Liu Xiaofeng as the president of the company on the same day, and the term of office was changed from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors to the expiration date of the seventh board of directors, and the legal representative of the company was changed to Liu Xiaofeng.
