On the morning of March 9, the first batch of chicken fir this year was transported to the Yunnan Mushuihua Wild Mushroom Trading Market for sale, and was later bought by Shanghai merchants at a price of 2800 yuan / kg.

According to Cheng Aili, general manager of the Woodwater Splash Wild Mushroom Trading Center, this batch of chicken fir was sent from Wenshan, with a total of 500 grams and a price of 1400 yuan. "Last week, Huize found two or three flowers, 7 gongs and two, but before they entered the market, they were bought by Shanghai merchants at a price of 2800 yuan per kilogram, which is the first batch of wild chicken fir officially listed in Yunnan."
Cheng Aili told reporters that in previous years, the listing time of chicken fir was in mid-to-late March, and this year it was about 10 days in advance, and the price per kilogram was 2400 yuan-2800 yuan, which was about 400 yuan more expensive than in previous years. "The first water chicken fir listed this year is grown in the orchard, the rain is abundant, and the growth is fast, so the market is relatively early."
According to reports, there are only several wild mushrooms in the market, such as truffles, wild shiitake mushrooms, and morels. Among them, truffles are priced at 500-600 yuan per kilogram, wild shiitake mushrooms are priced at about 50 yuan per kilogram, and morels are mainly artificially grown, with about 10 tons per day, and the price per kilogram is 120 yuan-140 yuan.
"It's still early, only a small number of wild mushrooms are on the market, and it is expected that the red onions will be listed in April, when the public who need to taste the early can go to the market to purchase." Cheng Aili said.
