On August 24th, the large-scale original drama "Hou Debang" brought by Tianjin University will be held as the first performance of this year's "Young Artist Training Program" to meet with the audience and friends. This drama aims to reflect the deeds and spirit of Mr. Hou Debang, professor of Tianjin University (Beiyang University), a famous chemical scientist in China, a pioneer and founder of China's modern national chemical industry, and show the patriotic heart of this scholar model, the aspiration of rejuvenating the country, the feeling of bowing down to exhaustion, the soul of seeking truth from facts, and infecting a generation of students with his lofty spirit of believing in science and saving the country through industry.

It is worth mentioning that this performance will be held in the Opera Hall of Tianjin Grand Theatre, which is also one of the highlights of this year's "Young Artist Training Program". Moving the stage of young artists from small theaters to opera halls, concert halls and other large theaters not only provides a larger and more professional display platform for teachers and students of colleges and universities and art colleges in the city, but also helps to promote the improvement of the artistic level and quality of art teachers and students in colleges and universities, and builds a bridge to the national and even international stage.

It is reported that in addition to the large-scale original drama "Hou Debang" brought by Tianjin University, the "Tianjin Conservatory of Music Candlelight Choir Concert" will be staged on December 17, the "Tianjin University 2022 New Year Concert" staged on December 19, and the "Yayun Qingge - Nankai University 2022 New Year Concert" staged on December 26 will also be presented in the concert hall of the Tianjin Grand Theatre, in the venue of thousands of people, for the audience and friends to give wonderful performances.

On September 19th, Lv Dong, a young viola player and associate professor of viola at Tianjin Conservatory of Music, will bring a solo viola concert in the multi-purpose hall of Tianjin Grand Theatre, using strings to express the indescribable charm of the viola. On September 25th, Yang Hong, a guzheng player and associate professor of guzheng at Tianjin Conservatory of Music, will use guzheng to interpret classic songs and new guzheng sounds with different styles and different charms, and we will also hear the unique red classics "Happiness Canal" and "Shandan DanHua Blooming Red". On October 23rd, we will listen to the young pianist Sun Yu and the singers Yu Pingli, Cao Ying, Yuan Lu, Zhao Tianjian, Zhao Denghui, etc., and express the romance in ancient Chinese poetry with their songs and piano sounds. On November 27th, Zhang Jia, associate professor of the Piano Department of Tianjin Conservatory of Music and young pianist, will return to classical music and experience a romantic piano solo concert with the pianists.
