According to the latest equity disclosure of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Liu Minghui, founder and chairman of the board of directors of China Gas (00384), purchased a total of 903,600 shares of China Gas (with an average price of HK$27.3051) from the market on 29 January 2021 through its joint venture, China Gas Group, and purchased 600,000 shares of China Gas from the market on 1 February 2021 (with an average price of HK$28.0583). The cumulative purchase of 1.5036 million shares in the two periods reflects the founders' confidence in the group's business development and prospects.
