Han Qing, a national outstanding party worker: Yongdang building party building "pioneering cattle"

Twelve years ago, with the acceleration of urbanization, the building economy showed a booming trend. However, the coverage and influence of party organizations in commercial buildings is limited. Han Qing became the only community worker in Majiapu Street at that time to engage in party building work in commercial buildings.

Just walked into the building, bumped into walls everywhere, facing the doors that could not be knocked on, Han Qing was not discouraged, but persevered like a "pioneering cow".

"There are many young people in non-public enterprises, so I will first think about the problem from the perspective of young people." Han Qing won the support of the street party committee to transform the abandoned underground bicycle garage into a table tennis field, and used the lunch break to hold table tennis competitions to mobilize and attract the participation of enterprise employees. In response to the problem that the children of enterprise employees are unattended, she coordinated with the training institutions in the building to run voluntary care classes and provided childcare services for more than 300 young parents. In response to the problems of corporate taxation, she invited the professionals of the tax bureau to explain the relevant knowledge... Gradually, more and more people came to the party committee of the building to visit, chat and consult.

The organizational system is the unique advantage of the party and the strength of the party. Han Qing and his colleagues have always adhered to the principle of "building the branch on the upper floor", and in view of the characteristics of many small and micro enterprises and many mobile party members in the building, they have adopted the methods of co-construction of the same industry, joint construction of the precinct, and construction of the dragon head belt to promote organizational coverage, and effectively extend the party organization to all corners of the building.

After 12 years of development, the "circle of friends" of building party building in Majiapu area has continued to grow. The party organization of enterprises has expanded from 1 branch to 47 branches; the number of party members has increased from 32 to 432; the coverage of party work has expanded from 162 enterprises in 1 building to 1227 enterprises in 14 buildings in the business circle; and the number of party workers has increased from 1 to 16.

Now, the phrase "having difficulty finding a party committee" has become a consensus in Majiapu's commercial buildings. "An important reason why enterprises trust party organizations so much is that we have done a lot of work in optimizing the business environment." Han Qing said.

For example, regularly organize relevant departments to conduct special live broadcasts and online Q&A on policies that enterprises and employees are concerned about; establish a mechanism of "enterprise whistle blowing, department check-in" to achieve "on-call" in 15 departments such as science and information, commerce, and finance; set up branches of chambers of commerce, organize entrepreneur salons, hold promotion meetings, roadshows and other activities, provide guidance and training for entrepreneurs and transformationists, and become trusted business partners of enterprises.

Han Qing and colleagues also extended government services to buildings with the support of relevant departments, built a 1100 square meter party and mass service center, integrated the self-service of industry and commerce, taxation and other departments at the end, and introduced 55 high-frequency matters such as enterprise changes, business license printing, and individual tax certificates.

This year, Han Qing was named an outstanding party worker in the country, she said: "Grassroots party affairs work, although the post is ordinary, but the responsibility is heavy, the mission is glorious. "In the past 12 years, Han Qing has paid a lot and gained a lot of emotions. This touch comes from the trust of the enterprise when it handed over the door key to the party committee for safekeeping; from the tacit understanding of the party members of the non-public enterprises fighting side by side during the "7.21" heavy rainstorm; and from the responsibility of the enterprise in the prevention and control of the epidemic. "My colleagues and I will continue to work hard to promote the building party building work, let the party's banner fly high in non-public enterprises, and raise the sails of the times!"
