Strengthen study and improve their own quality

He actively participated in the training and study of deputies and forums organized by the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, conscientiously studied the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, studied the relevant laws and regulations of the people's congress in performing its duties in accordance with the law, understood the basic system and theory of the people's congress, mastered the rules of procedure and work procedures of the people's congress, and constantly improved his political sensitivity and political discernment ability, so as to lay a good foundation for the performance of his duties as a deputy.
Actively perform their duties and solve problems for the voters
Deng Shibiao greatly cherished the power entrusted by the people, actively performed his duties as a people's congress deputy, listened to opinions extensively, actively submitted opinions and suggestions, and reflected the voice of the people.
After field research, Deng Shibiao put forward the "Suggestions on the Development and Construction of Commercial and Residential Development Land in the Tuanjie Village Resettlement Area", "Suggestions on the Upgrading and Transformation of the Old Factory Buildings in Tuanjie Village Industrial Park", "Suggestions on Accelerating the Implementation of Self-retained Development Land", "Suggestions on Accelerating the Improvement of Supporting Facilities in the Longkou-Qingbu (Huahe Yayuan) Resettlement Area of the Phase III Expansion Project of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport" and other representative suggestions.
Deng Shibiao said: I have put forward a lot of constructive suggestions, involving the economy, transportation, business environment, education, etc., especially the issue of our village's self-reserved development land, this suggestion has been highly valued by the district party committee and the district government, and has basically been solved and implemented, and other opinions are also being discussed and communicated. Give back to the society and be enthusiastic about public welfare
Deng Shibiao actively participated in the activities of "Representative Reception Day" and "Studio 10", and the representative inspections, special investigations, and safety production law enforcement inspections organized by the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress and the Working Committee of the Street People's Congress, so as to come from the masses and go to the masses. "The villagers basically think that I can do things, I am sincerely serving the masses, the masses are very supportive and satisfied with my work, and many problems in the village have been solved, such as rotten sewers, manhole covers, sewage channels, street lighting, etc., I have communicated with the village committee in the village, and cooperated with the relevant departments to carry out repairs." Deng Shibiao said.
Deng Shibiao often has a family routine with the old party members, condolences to the party members in difficulty, understands their physical condition, living conditions and practical difficulties in detail, and expresses gratitude to the old party members for their contributions to the work of Huadu District, and affectionately urges the old party members to continue to play an exemplary and leading role as party members, publicize the party's principles and policies to the masses around them, and continue to exert their residual heat and offer suggestions for the party's cause. Deputy Deng Shibiao worked hard to make the old party members in difficulty in the jurisdiction feel the care from the people's congress deputies, which fully embodied the people's congress deputies' sense of social responsibility of going to villages and households to know the people's feelings, solve the people's worries, and warm the people's hearts.
Deng Shibiao told us: I often go to visit poor families and disabled families, and do a lot of practical things for the masses. I also go back to the village every year to comfort the elderly, especially at the end of the year, I will give financial assistance to the people in need, and I will also sponsor students, and I also have a teaching fund in the village. Deng Shibiao used his words and deeds to confirm the original intention and persistence of a people's congress representative from an ordinary enterprise, he reflected the voice of the people and conveyed the warmth of the deputies.
