In order to further deepen the anti-cult work, carry forward the spirit of science, enhance the awareness of the people in Fugou County to guard against evil cults and evil cults, and create a strong social atmosphere for opposing evil cults and evil cults, on 11 May, the Fugou County Association for Science and Technology organized a month of science popularization propaganda activities with the theme of "Promoting Science and Opposing Evil Cults" in Chuanlizhuang Village, Caoli Township.
At the scene of the activities, the county association for science and technology put up anti-cult propaganda display boards, set up consultation desks, and distributed propaganda materials, and its staff members preached to the masses about the harmfulness and illegality of cults, so that the masses could understand the knowledge of cult organizations that they might encounter in their daily lives and how to guard against them, so that they did not listen, watch, or believe in cult remarks, and guided the masses to advocate science and stay away from cults. While profoundly understanding the intrinsic harmfulness and illegality of cult organizations, they also disseminated scientific knowledge of the anti-cult and relevant laws and regulations to their families, friends, and neighbors, thus creating a strong atmosphere in which every household consciously guards against and resists cults. On the day of the event, more than 500 copies of propaganda materials such as propaganda books, handbags, science popularization aprons, pumping paper, and anti-cult handbags were distributed.
In the next step of work, the Fugou County Association for Science and Technology will, in accordance with the work arrangements of the "Anti-Cult Propaganda Month," continue to carry out a series of anti-cult propaganda activities through multiple channels and in all directions, eradicate the breeding ground for cults, build a solid ideological defense line against cults, and let the concept of "advocating science and staying away from cults" take root in the hearts of the people, so as to lay a solid foundation for creating a strong anti-cult atmosphere for the whole people and building a harmonious society.
