The company covers an area of 76.19 acres, with a designed daily incineration capacity of up to 400 tons of domestic waste and an annual waste processing capacity of not less than 146,000 tons. Through the introduction of cutting-edge technologies such as "mechanical grate furnace waste incinerator + waste heat boiler + steam turbine generator set + combined process flue gas treatment device", Suiyang Haichuang not only realizes the harmless treatment of garbage, but also converts it into clean power resources, injecting new impetus into local sustainable development.

Since the start of construction in March 2020, Suiyang Haichuang has completed a gorgeous transformation from construction to production in less than a year and a half. Since it was officially put into operation on June 30, 2021, the company has received and processed about 431,800 tons of domestic waste, with a power generation capacity of up to 154 million kWh and a power generation capacity of 60 million kWh a year. The company implements a working system of four shifts and three shifts, each shift of 8 hours, to ensure that the daily processing capacity reaches 450 tons. At the same time, the newly transported household waste is stored in piles to drain the water and promote fermentation, creating optimal conditions for the combustion process.

The central control room is the "brain" of the project, and the staff monitors the production and operation of the project in real time through the centralized decentralized control system to ensure that the environmental pollution sources meet the emission standards. The entire process is highly automated, which not only improves work efficiency, but also improves environmental protection.
