On May 12, the second phase of the "Hexin'an" women's mental health class was held at the venue of the Women and Children's Activity Center of Heze Citizen Cultural Center, with more than 20 women participating.
The event invited Yang Lixin, a provincial family education expert, a member of the Provincial Women's Mental Health Volunteer Service Group, a psychological counselor of the Municipal "One-stop" Diversified Conflict and Dispute Resolution Center, and a national second-level psychological counselor, to give public lectures. With the theme of marriage and family relationship mediation, Mr. Yang explained in detail the importance of psychological counseling in marriage and family relations.
In the lecture, Mr. Yang used games to present the five major pitfalls and improvement methods that are easy to appear in the marriage relationship. Mr. Yang's teaching is vivid and interesting, and there is something to say; In the interactive part of the class, everyone actively participated and was enthusiastic, and jointly presented a wonderful women's mental health class.
"Hexin'an" Women's Mental Health Series Classroom is a public welfare classroom jointly opened by the Municipal Women's Federation, the Municipal Women and Children's Activity Center, and the "Hexin'an" Women's Mental Health Volunteer Service Group for the majority of women and families, aiming to give full play to the positive role of psychological counseling and emotional counseling in the prevention and resolution of marital and family conflicts and disputes and women's rights protection. Further improve the mental health level of the majority of women, and promote the creation of a safe and harmonious family.
