Today, the 2024 "World Family Doctor Day" theme publicity activities in Hong Kong, Jinshan, Xuhui and Changning were held in Zhangyan Town, Jinshan District. Through roundtable forums, commendation of advanced enterprises, and exchange of books, the event deepened exchanges and cooperation, and effectively promoted the improvement of the level of regional health construction. Fu Chen, deputy director of the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, and Cao Jie, deputy head of the Jinshan District People's Government, attended the event.

With bursts of applause, the event presented awards to the top ten family doctors and top ten rural doctors in Jinshan District, the 12 winners of the "Community General Practitioner Core Teachers" in Xuhui District, and the representatives of the fourth round of 10 "Excellent Family Doctor Studios" in Changning District. Xie Xiangjun, a family doctor from Jinshanwei Town Community Health Service Center, said that he has been working as a family doctor for more than five years, and he was encouraged to be named one of the top ten family doctors in the district this time.

At the event, medical experts and family doctor representatives from the four places had a heated discussion on expanding the coverage of the contract, enriching the service content, optimizing the service mode, and improving the support and guarantee system, so as to jointly explore a new path for the high-quality development of the family doctor contract service.

At the same time, a book donation ceremony was also held at the scene, which recorded the experience, practices and work results of grassroots health workers in the four regions in clinical technology, health science popularization and management practice in recent years, and will also effectively promote the development of grassroots health work in the four underground stages.

It is reported that the Jinshan District Health Management Center and the Hong Kong Community Medical Education Service Association signed the "Shanghai and Hong Kong Community Medical Service Exchange and Cooperation Agreement" in 2018. A series of exchange and cooperation projects have been carried out in the areas of exchange of experience in the prevention and control of the new crown epidemic, the publication of popular science books, the theme activities of "World Family Doctor Day", and the professional training of medical workers, so as to learn from each other and cooperate with each other, which has effectively boosted the level of regional health construction.

Before the ceremony, the doctor representatives from the four places also visited the smart health station and traditional Chinese medicine hall of Zhangyan Community Health Service Center, and provided free medical services for local residents on site.

It is reported that as one of the first batch of pilot areas for the family doctor responsibility system in the city, Jinshan District launched the family doctor responsibility system service in 2011, and has achieved remarkable results after more than 10 years of unremitting efforts and practical exploration.

Focusing on building a people-centered "15-minute health service circle", it has successively issued the "Action Plan for Improving Community Health Service Capacity in Jinshan District" and supporting documents, continued to promote the construction of "four lists" to improve quality and benefit the people, and promoted "one center, one characteristic and one brand", so that residents in the jurisdiction can enjoy efficient and convenient medical services at their doorsteps.

The average number of diseases diagnosed and treated in the community is 127, and the community drug list continues to expand to meet the dispensing needs of residents in the jurisdiction and surrounding areas. By the end of 2023, a total of 403,400 family doctors have signed contracts with Jinshan family doctors, with a contract rate of 49.16%, ranking second in the city, and ranking first in the city in terms of the consultation rate within the portfolio and the community consultation rate.

At present, 11 community health service centers in Jinshan District have met the national recommended standard of "high-quality service at the grassroots level". "Caring for Roses, Blooming in the Community", Bone and Joint Specialty Clinic, and Yang Zhengquan Acupuncture Studio were selected as the city's characteristic community health service projects.

Next, Jinshan District will focus on the construction goal of "Healthy Jinshan", strive to build the three major functions of "community rehabilitation center", "community health management center" and "community nursing center", solidly promote the high-quality development of family doctor contract services in Jinshan District, and let community health services protect the health of more residents. Wu Huanyun, Secretary of the Party Branch and Director of the Jinshan District Health Management Center, said, "Through various activities, family doctors in the four regions can connect with each other, learn from each other's strengths, and continuously improve our ability to provide full-cycle health services for the community, and better escort the health of community residents."
