On May 9, in order to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important exposition on disaster prevention, mitigation and relief, comprehensively grasp the needs of the masses for assistance, and earnestly ensure the basic livelihood of the affected people. In Liangjiao Township, we carried out activities to visit 10,000 households with disaster prevention and mitigation knowledge.
During the visit, through "looking, checking and asking" to learn more about the basic situation of the family and the needs of living assistance, through the visit, the disaster victims can "enjoy the winter and spring relief policies", and the relief funds are distributed in full and in a timely manner.
During the household visit, combined with the upcoming "5.12 Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Publicity Day" activity, through face-to-face communication, the origin of the "National Disaster Prevention and Reduction Day" and common natural disasters were introduced to the masses, and the key points of safety knowledge such as fire, electricity and emergency escape from natural disasters were explained in detail, and the relevant policies for the benefit of the people were patiently answered, and the masses were reminded to enhance their awareness of disaster prevention and reduction, learn self-help and mutual rescue skills, and distribute emergency knowledge manuals and knowledge slogans to the masses in the process of explaining and publicizing.
