With the wholehearted dedication of Chen Hengkai and his colleagues, In 2023, a total of 3 competitive evaluation projects in Hui'an County will receive 375 million yuan of financial support from the superiors, including: the 2024 Marine Ecological Protection and Restoration Project in Hui'an County has been selected through competitive evaluation and won 300 million yuan in subsidies from the central government, the demonstration project of ecological land-sea integrated management on the south bank of Meizhou Bay in Hui'an County has been selected as a subsidy project of the National Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone and has received a provincial financial subsidy of 45 million yuan, and the hydrological improvement and ecological restoration project of the Xibin Park section of Linrim River in Hui'an County has been selected as a subsidy project of the Central Lottery Community Chest and received a subsidy of 30 million yuan from the central government.
