On May 9, the Organization Department of the Yangpu District Party Committee and the District Housing Management Bureau jointly held a special training meeting for the promotion of party building leading property governance and the renewal or selection of property service contracts when they expire, further integrating party discipline learning and education with property management and grassroots governance, and effectively transforming the results of party discipline learning and education into high-quality development achievements in promoting the property industry. Since February 1 this year, Yangpu District has actively responded to and deployed the "bi-monthly action" to carry out the standard of property service standards in residential communities, and all streets, property industry associations, and property service enterprises in the district have strictly benchmarked and paid close attention to the implementation, focusing on the four types of content of window service, environmental remediation, public order, and standardized performance of duties, and have achieved solid and effective work results through a month of self-inspection and self-correction of property enterprises and a month of supervision and rectification by regulatory departments. The completion rate of daily inspections by property service project managers and biweekly inspections by enterprises has been significantly improved, and the main responsibility of enterprises has been further consolidated; The problem of property service blockage with strong public feedback has been effectively solved, and the satisfaction of the citizen hotline has been further improved; Enterprise self-inspection and industry supervision have formed a closed loop of rectification, and the pattern of co-construction and co-governance has been further strengthened.
In order to further summarize and consolidate the experience and achievements of the "Bi-monthly Action", and lead the property management work of Yangpu residential community to a new level at a new starting point. Representatives of Changbai Xincun Street, Pingliang Road Street, Shanghai Weibaixin (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yanji Property Management Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Fangda Property Management Co., Ltd. exchanged speeches and shared experiences. The Municipal Housing Management Bureau fully affirmed the solid results of the property management work and the "Bi-monthly Action" in Yangpu District, and put forward work requirements from three aspects: peak shaving, tail cutting, and strengthening the foundation.
