In order to further standardize the market order of the property industry, enhance the safety awareness and service awareness of employees, and improve the level of property service, on April 11, the Fengjie County Property Management Work Conference was held in the conference room on the third floor of the County Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee. More than 60 people, including the project leaders of various property communities, attended the meeting.
The meeting invited legal experts to give lectures on the rule of law on property topics. The expert explained in simple terms the "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Several Issues Concerning the Specific Application of Law in the Trial of Property Service Dispute Cases", and elaborated on the common problems related to property rights, property services, ownership of rights and responsibilities of owners and property management companies, dispute resolution in the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and the Property Management Regulations through real cases and case explanations, and put forward corresponding solutions, mediation experience and skills for different forms of contradictions and disputes. Through this training, the knowledge of laws and regulations of property management personnel in our county has been further enhanced, the concept of management according to law has been improved, the property management behavior has been standardized, and the foundation has been laid for the construction of grassroots governance under the rule of law.
Meeting site
During the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the county fire rescue brigade carried out property fire safety management knowledge training, and watched the "Electric Bicycle Fire Warning Education Film" on the spot. The fire training personnel focused on the fire safety management responsibilities that property service enterprises should perform, how to do a good job in fire safety management, and common fire safety hazards in the community, and put forward requirements for the implementation of the main responsibility of fire safety.
The meeting required that all property service enterprises should effectively raise awareness, improve the service quality and management level of the property industry, and enhance the sense of gain and happiness of the masses; further clarify the responsibilities of property service management, improve the management system and mechanism of residential communities, and solve the problems that the masses are concerned about; and continue to promote the standardization, institutionalization and refinement of property services in the county.
Li Zhiming, member of the Party Committee of the County Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee and head of the law enforcement detachment, pointed out in his concluding speech that the property management work involves all aspects of social life and is a comprehensive service work.
