The skills competition is divided into two parts: comprehensive knowledge answering questions and practical exercises, the participating employees through the knowledge of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the knowledge of the 18th National Congress of the Chinese Trade Union, fire knowledge, community management knowledge, civilization creation knowledge and other online answers, as well as fire drills, emergency disposal, garbage classification and other skills competition, exchange and learn from each other, learn from each other, learn from each other, promote learning by competition, and improve energy by learning.
At the event site, shouts and cheers came one after another, and the wonderful competition also made the audience excited. In the end, after fierce competition, 12 participants won awards in four individual competitions, Zhongcheng South Park Team, Fuxin Public Team and Yongli Team 1 won the top three team competitions respectively, and Street Red Property Industry Trade Union Federation and Shanghai Fuxin Property won the Excellent Organization Award respectively.
