On the morning of May 6, Li Xifeng, member of the Standing Committee of the Longting District Party Committee and Minister of United Front Work, and his party went to the religious sites in the jurisdiction to carry out fire safety inspections. Li Xifeng and his entourage successively came to Baozhu Temple, Relief Temple and other places to conduct on-site inspections, talked with the person in charge of the place, and learned in detail about the evacuation channels, safety exits, fire-fighting facilities, etc., as well as the implementation of the fire safety management system, fire inspection, inspection system, fire emergency plan and emergency drills, and ordered the person in charge of the site to rectify the potential safety hazards found on the spot.
