On April 29, a special meeting of the county government was held in the conference room of the county government. Li Daqing, the county magistrate, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Meng Kun, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and deputy county magistrate, presided over the meeting. Guan Zhanyong, vice chairman of the county CPPCC and director of the county housing and urban-rural development bureau, attended the meeting. Heads of relevant departments directly under the county attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the person in charge of the county development and reform commission reported on the recent progress of investment in fixed assets and key projects; the person in charge of the county economic and information bureau reported on the progress of industrial investment, technological transformation investment, manufacturing investment, industrial added value above the designated size, limited commerce and trade, and actual utilization of foreign capital; the person in charge of the county housing and urban-rural development bureau reported on the sales area of commercial housing and real estate investment; and the person in charge of the county investment promotion service center reported on the progress of negotiating investment promotion projects and the problems that need to be coordinated and solved.
Li Daqing pointed out in his speech that the construction of major projects is the key to promoting the high-quality development of Fengtai, and all departments at all levels should effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and urgency for the construction of the project, firmly establish the concept of "project is king", further sort out and solve the difficult problems in the promotion of the project, concentrate on overcoming difficulties, and accelerate the speed and efficiency of project construction.
