Hello!
In order to consolidate the results of the "double reduction" work, effectively reduce the burden of off-campus training, strictly prevent the rebound of off-campus training, and ensure that the majority of primary and secondary school students spend a fulfilling and happy "May 1st" holiday, we hereby send you a letter inviting you to work with us to help children grow up physically and mentally healthy.
1. Be vigilant against stealth mutation training
Parents should note that some institutions and personnel use parent groups, group buying groups, WeChat moments, video platforms, live broadcast platforms and other channels to carry out false propaganda in the name of "free consultation", "homework voluntary tutoring", "high school entrance examination sprint class", "one-to-one, one-to-many", "live-in service", etc., or carry out invisible mutation and illegal training in the form of "trusteeship" classes.
The invisible mutation "underground" illegal training not only disrupts the normal teaching order, but also brings great personal and property safety hazards to students and parents.
2. Establish the concept of scientific family education
Parents and friends should establish a scientific concept of parenting, rationally determine children's growth expectations, guide children to engage in housework within their ability during the holidays, carry out appropriate physical exercise, and carry out reading and literary activities; actively communicate with children, pay attention to children's psychological emotions, and help them develop good learning and living habits; give children loving companionship, and do not replace parent-child time with tutoring.
3. Reasonably choose off-campus training
Parents and friends should rationally choose off-campus training, do not blindly follow the trend to register for classes, and reasonably arrange their children's learning and rest time. Here are some suggestions for parents:
1. At present, there are only 23 academic off-campus training institutions licensed by the educational administrative department in our city, and any form of academic training cannot be organized during the holidays. Non-academic extracurricular training establishments are strictly prohibited from carrying out training on hidden variations in academic courses. Please do not let your child participate in illegal academic course training during the holidays, and do not blindly participate in illegal training such as running schools without a license or running schools in violation of regulations.
2. When participating in non-academic training and purchasing courses, take the initiative to find out whether the teachers of the training institutions have the qualifications of teachers in the corresponding disciplines; take the initiative to sign the "Extracurricular Training Service Contract for Primary and Secondary School Students (Model Text)" jointly formulated by the Ministry of Education and the State Administration for Market Regulation with the training institutions; and be sure to purchase courses and cancel classes through the "Extracurricular Training Parent APP" to ensure the safety of funds.
3. According to the "double reduction" policy, the non-academic fee shall not exceed 3 months, 60 class hours, and no more than 5,000 yuan at one time; it is recommended that parents and friends do not pay more than the prescribed fee for the specified time because of the preferential activities launched by off-campus training institutions; let the child spend a safe and happy holiday.
