On April 28, Huang Xiangyi, deputy head of the district government, presided over the work scheduling meeting of investment promotion projects and docking and attracting services to central enterprises. The meeting listened to the progress of key projects such as Xinhe Valley Resort, Smart Energy Management System Terminal Product Manufacturing Base, and Zhonglin Digital Technology Carbon Sequestration Development, analyzed and judged the problems and solutions in the process of project implementation one by one, and arranged and deployed the investment promotion work in the second quarter.
The meeting emphasized that all departments should firmly establish the awareness of "striving for first-class and being a champion" in the work of investment promotion, closely focus on the concept of "full-caliber investment, full-process investment, and full-staff investment", take the initiative to capture project clues, continue to optimize the business environment, do a good job in the whole process tracking service, accelerate the pace of project attraction and landing construction, and make every effort to promote the work of investment promotion and docking and attraction services of central enterprises to a new level. The meeting required, first, to do a good job in the service guarantee of the project under discussion. Take the initiative to "go out", actively "invite in", collect investment information through multiple channels and methods, dock intended projects, and closely contact the projects under negotiation to ensure substantial progress. At the same time, it is necessary to focus on key links, refine the division of responsibilities, and promote key projects to speed up the signing, landing and production. Second, we must pay close attention to the progress of the construction of the project. All departments should take the initiative to provide front-line services, actively help solve problems, provide all-factor guarantees for enterprises in terms of land, electricity, water and labor, ensure that the project construction tasks are completed on time and with good quality, and form more physical workload and investment. Third, we must do everything possible to attract central enterprises. All departments should rely on their own resource advantages, focus on the second- and third-level subsidiaries of Beijing central enterprises, accurately connect and attract them, and strive to move in. At the same time, we will actively promote the quality and efficiency of newly introduced central enterprises, give full play to the actual effect of introduction, and promote the economic and social development of the whole region.
