The District Talent Work Bureau will contact the member units of the Talent Work Leading Group of the District Committee, with the theme of "Hongcai Accompanied by You in Four Seasons", with the "1+3+N" talent service network as the platform, through policy interpretation, empowerment and promotion, talent recruitment, innovation and entrepreneurship and joint intelligence and other five aspects, it is expected to carry out more than 50 high-level talent service series activities, so that there are weekly docking enterprises, monthly theme services, and quarterly special lectures.
In view of the introduction and settlement, housing security, children's schooling, individual income tax clearance and other issues that talents are generally concerned about in the process of visiting and issuing enterprise service packages, the District Talent Work Bureau will take the lead, cooperate with relevant industry authorities to provide group services, and rely on the "Hongcai i classroom" and other forms to hold a series of policy lectures and online and offline interactive exchanges. This year, relevant policies will also be revised to refine and interpret the "Hongkou Talent Plan" in an all-round way, and open up the last 100 meters of the talent policy.
In June this year, it will cooperate with PBC School of Finance of Tsinghua University to hold a seminar for high-level talents in the North Bund industry to encourage high-level talents in various fields to broaden their horizons and expand their circle of friends. In addition, it will work with Fudan University, Tongji University, Shanghai Wai Chinese University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, Shanghai Maritime University and other universities, as well as the Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Institute of Materials, and China Three Gorges Corporation Shanghai Survey, Design and Research Institute to jointly build a platform for talent exchange, intelligence introduction and education, and help talents grow rapidly.
At the same time, it will also accurately connect the professional departments of colleges and universities with key enterprises in the district for talent supply and demand docking, promote the deep integration of universities, science and technology enterprises and parks, and hold postdoctoral scientific research project docking and exchange meetings, postdoctoral scientific research project roadshows and achievement exchange meetings, support young scientific research talents to continue to make efforts, and enhance the carrier energy level of postdoctoral innovation bases.
By holding the preliminary round of the "Gathering Talents" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, we will give full play to the effect of gathering talents and attracting talents through the competition, focus on Hongkou's characteristic industries, and use the North Bund Science and Technology Innovation Roadshow Center and the North Bund Talent Meeting Room as carriers to provide a stage for the display of innovation and entrepreneurship projects in the "seed stage", "start-up stage" and "growth stage", and encourage more outstanding talents and enterprises to stand out. Focusing on the key industries with Hongkou characteristics and regional development, and supporting talents in various fields to take root in Hongkou, the District Talent Work Bureau will hold a series of high-end activities to invite industry elites in the industry to share insights and seek common development around topics such as improving industrial level, building a talent highland, and promoting industry cooperation. In the fourth quarter of this year, the second talent service month will be held, linking human resource service agencies, promoting the signing of the "double recruitment and double introduction" project, optimizing the function of high-level talent service cards, launching the "1+3+N" talent service network hand-drawn map, holding various theme forums and policy presentations such as talent housing, and enhancing the visibility and influence of the regional talent service platform.
