In order to strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs, strengthen students' patriotic feelings, enrich students' social practice experience, and promote the healthy growth of students, on April 25, the fourth, fifth and sixth grades of our school carried out a research trip to Huoshan with the theme of "Pursuing the Memory of the Old Area and Inheriting the Red Spirit".
The first stop of the research trip - Huoshan Hongyuan Square
At 10 o'clock in the morning, the research team came to Huoshan Hongyuan Square. In front of the group of revolutionary heroes of Dabie Mountain in Hongyuan Square, a grand memorial activity was held. Ye Changqi, the principal of Kaishun Experimental School, solemnly stood in front of the flower basket and arranged the ribbon for the flower basket. All the teachers and students present took off their hats and stood in silence and bowed three times to the revolutionary martyrs. Principal Ye gave the students a red education, and he encouraged everyone to aspire to become talents and make better contributions to the construction of the motherland and hometown when they grow up.
Liu Linling, the representative of the study group, deeply remembered the great achievements of the revolutionary martyrs with great reverence, and said that we will inherit the glorious tradition of the revolutionary ancestors, love the motherland and the people, study hard, and make progress every day.
In Hongyuan Square, the students paid homage to the statue of the martyr, sang the national anthem, reviewed history, and recited "Young China Says" loudly to express their patriotic enthusiasm.
The second stop of the study - the spring breeze camp
Under the leadership of the instructors of the base and the guidance of the teachers of the base, the students learned to make handmade flowers and sachets, felt the charm of folk culture, and improved their ability to unite and cooperate and their own psychological quality through various game activities.
The third stop of research - Huoshan County Science and Technology Museum
After coming to the Huoshan County Science and Technology Museum, first of all, the science and technology counselor patiently explained the exhibits to the children, through visiting and learning the various exhibition halls and practical interaction, the children had an in-depth understanding of the wonderful phenomena and scientific principles in mechanics, optics, electricity, and other fields;

The clay pot stove is full of excitement, and a large bowl of noodles is coming. The clay stove camp is full of fireworks, and the children are learning to make noodles in full swing!
The sixth stop of the study - Sixty Thousand Love Gorge
In the Spring Breeze Camp in Lu'an Huoshan, the students visited the Red Hall of the camp and felt the difficult course of the Chinese revolution. I watched the "Dabie Mountain Live Drama" in the movie town of Huoshan Liuwanqingxia, and the superb acting skills of the actors truly reproduced the arduous struggle between the anti-Japanese fighters in western Anhui and the enemy.
The students gained a lot from this study and shared it with their parents as soon as the study ended.
