A few days ago, Sichuan Tianwei Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianwei Electronics"), located in Shuangliu Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province, released an AI intelligent protection system for electric vehicles and electric bicycle charging sheds, which can achieve accurate identification, early warning and disposal of fires in seconds. According to reports, this is one of the few high-tech products in China that applies artificial intelligence to the field of civil fire protection.
Prior to this, Tianwei Electronics was mainly engaged in the development and production of fire extinguishing and explosion suppression series products for military equipment, and in the past 30 years of development, it has accumulated rich experience and technology, and some technologies have caught up with and surpassed the international advanced level.
The development of Tianwei Electronics' AI intelligent protection system was launched in September last year, and the company built a laboratory in the factory on the first floor to simulate the charging shed scene. The fire-fighting hardware facilities in the shed are composed of a Huiyan robot, a Huiyan sensing device, a fire extinguishing disposal end and a linkage control device. A cloud server is set up in the computer room on the 9th floor of the enterprise office building, which carries the emergency command and control platform, and can view the charging shed situation and remote control in real time through PC terminals or mobile terminals.
When a red-hot metal pipe enters the monitoring range, the system immediately identifies and labels and makes an early warning of "abnormal temperature"; The staff ignites smoke and open flames, and the system can quickly locate hidden danger points, issue alarms, and automatically start the sprinkler facilities on the top of the carport for fire extinguishing treatment, and the whole process is completed quickly, accurately and effectively in seconds.
According to reports, Tianwei Electronics' AI intelligent protection system will first be piloted in Shuangliu District.
"Relying on this system, we have also launched an operation model for the construction of the overall project of centralized charging and smart safety management of electric bicycles, and plan to cooperate with state-owned companies and social capital to invest in the construction and operation of a number of AI intelligent protection system charging infrastructure."
