It is reported that Xinluhui Industrial Center has promoted two phases of projects, the first phase covers an area of about 80 acres, including the original Blue Tree Science and Technology Industrial Park and CLP Xinyuan two sites, the street through the overall leaseback of the two factories, to attract high-quality projects; The second phase of the plot was originally the Minglin Wood Factory, and the street successfully vacated new industrial space by revitalizing the land.
