On April 28, the Red Star News reporter learned from the Sichuan Qu County Public Security Bureau that the bureau successfully detected the "1.02" counterfeit registered trademark case, arrested a total of 5 criminal suspects, and seized more than 30 tons of counterfeit crude oil.

It is understood that on January 2 this year, the Public Security Bureau of Qu County, Dazhou City, received a report from Luo, a resident of the jurisdiction, that the "Eagle Mark" brand peanut oil he bought in the Douyin store "Lingchuang Selection" was found to be different from the purchase in the official flagship store during the eating process.
The Qu County Public Security Bureau immediately set up a special task force to carry out investigations, and found that the gang had formed an underground industrial chain of trans-provincial production and sale of counterfeit goods that integrated production, transportation, and sales to the whole country mainly through online platforms.
During the preliminary investigation, the case-handling personnel found that the operator of the Douyin store "Lingchuang Selection" was Chen, who used his own registered Douyin store "A Dragon Grain and Oil", Pinduoduo store "Selected Grain and Oil Exchange" and "A Meow Trade" to sell counterfeit peanut oil of a certain brand on the Internet, with a sales amount of more than 4 million yuan. On January 15 of the same year, the Public Security Bureau of Qu County, Dazhou City, filed a case for investigation.

Through the preliminary investigation, the police of the special case group found that the gang was tightly organized, had a clear division of labor, and the network sales radiated all over the country. On January 31, the joint task force of the Dazhou City and Qu County Public Security Bureaus went to Guangzhou City to carry out a network collection operation, arrested 5 criminal suspects, destroyed 1 counterfeiting den, 2 storage dens, closed 4 online stores selling counterfeits, and seized more than 2,000 barrels of counterfeit Guangdong Yingbiao Food Co., Ltd. "Yingbiao" brand peanut oil, more than 20,000 sets of packaging materials, more than 30 tons of counterfeit crude oil, and 1 set of counterfeiting equipment, destroying this underground industrial chain.
At present, the police have taken criminal coercive measures against 5 criminal suspects, and the case is being further investigated.
