In the special operation of gas stations, law enforcement officers mainly verified the daily management and operation of gas recovery facilities at gas stations one by one through on-site inspections, access to environmental impact assessment procedures, operation ledger records and video surveillance. Help enterprises find problems, analyze the causes, put forward rectification opinions and suggestions, clarify the rectification time limit, establish a problem ledger, and a special person is responsible for following up and handling to ensure that the rectification of problems is in place.
In the special action of non-road mobile machinery, law enforcement officers focused on the registration of non-road mobile machinery codes, whether there are test reports, and exhaust emission standards. For the problems found, the law enforcement officers will give feedback to the relevant person in charge on the spot and supervise the rectification. For non-road mobile machinery that does not meet the standards for on-site inspection, the staff adopts "one is found, one is investigated", and all of them are cleaned out of the factory.
While carrying out inspections, law enforcement personnel actively publicized the law to the persons in charge of enterprises and staff, and distributed more than 600 brochures, which is conducive to enhancing environmental protection awareness and laws and regulations, and further consolidating the main responsibility of ecological and environmental protection.
