Fast Technology reported on May 21 that BYD Auto officially released a special version of Song L, which is different from the regular version, and the version unveiled this time uses a bright yellow coating, a bit like the same color scheme of Bumblebee in "Transformers".

This Song L is painted in yellow all over the body, even the wheels, and with the frameless doors, it looks particularly eye-catching under the reflection of the sun.

Song L was launched in mid-December last year, with a total of five models, with a price range of 189,800-249,800 yuan, its length, width and height of 4840*1950*1560mm, and a wheelbase of 2930mm.

The new car comes standard with frameless doors and concealed door handles, a fastback design, a segmented spoiler at the rear, dual shark fin antennas, and continuous taillights, as well as an electric lifting rear wing, which not only pulls the wind but also improves high-speed driving stability.

The interior uses a large area of leather materials, and the overall layout is as always BYD family style, with a full LCD instrument panel and a large-size floating central control screen, and the car machine system has been evolved, making it more beautiful and easier to use.

The new car is built on the e-platform 3.0 and is equipped with blade battery, CTB battery body integration technology, intelligent electric four-wheel drive, cloud wheel drive system and other technologies, and has good performance in terms of safety and driving control.

It is available in rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive, with the former having a maximum power of 150 kilowatts and 230 kilowatts, and the latter reaching 380 kilowatts (517 horsepower), matched with BYD's lithium iron phosphate blade battery, with a range of 550 km, 602 km and 662 km in CLTC mode.
