According to a number of Thai media sources, on April 17, Thailand's Constitutional Court announced the progress of the petition submitted by the Election Commission on the dissolution of the Move Forward Party.
According to the Constitutional Court, the Court considered the application and considered that an extension of time should be granted and decided to allow Kadima to submit the relevant documents a 15-day extension. The start date is 18 April, i.e. Kadima is due to submit its supporting documents to the Constitutional Court by 3 May.
