With the singing of birds and the fragrance of flowers and lush vegetation, the Siyuan campus in April is full of life. In order to actively carry out constitutional education, carry forward the spirit of the Constitution, optimize the educational environment, strengthen the publicity of the rule of law, and further enhance students' awareness and literacy of the rule of law, from April 16th to April 19th, a unique speech contest of "Learning the Constitution and Speaking about the Constitution" was held in the multi-functional lecture hall of Siyuan Experimental School in Dengzhou City. All teachers and students from grades 5 to 8 participated in the event.
After the preliminary class selection and grade competition, 32 students finally entered the finals. The finalists were divided into five groups and the order of appearance was determined by drawing lots. The eager expressions of the young contestants made all the judges, teachers and the audience look forward to their performance.
The competition kicked off under the auspices of Dong Ziyan, a student of Class 7 (1), and the contestants were either impassioned or eloquent. With vivid language and vivid examples, he expounded the solemnity and sacredness of the Constitution from different angles. Some contestants embodied the role of the Constitution in daily life by telling the stories of the rule of law around them, so that every teacher and student present deeply felt the power and temperature of the Constitution. Some contestants quoted the rule of law ideas of ancient sages and made a comparative analysis with the current constitution, revealing the historical inheritance and innovative development of the rule of law civilization. Some of them have created a poem with the theme of the Constitution, depicting the brilliance and greatness of the spirit of the Constitution in beautiful words, explaining their knowledge and understanding of the Constitution in every word, and expressing their respect and protection for the Constitution word by word. According to the actual situation of students, the speech contest was also interspersed with themes such as "abiding by discipline and rules", "preventing school bullying", and "saving water, electricity and food". During the whole competition, 32 young contestants won the recognition and applause of the judges with their eloquent and exciting speeches!
The competition was fierce, and the on-site judges scored openly and fairly. After the speech, Zhang Haidong, director of the Political and Educational Office of Dengzhou Siyuan Experimental School, announced the final results of the competition.

Promote learning by competition, and present the "constitution" wonderfully. Through the "Learning the Constitution and Speaking of the Constitution" keynote speech contest, the construction of the rule of law in the school has been further implemented, the awareness of teachers and students to respect, maintain, study and use the Constitution has been enhanced, and the sense of responsibility and mission of teachers and students to publicize and popularize the Constitution has been improved.
