At the beginning of the training, lawyer Zong Aohua, the community legal counsel, used easy-to-understand and down-to-earth language to popularize the knowledge of laws and regulations related to the life and production of the residents, such as the Constitution and the Civil Code, and at the same time, gave a detailed case explanation on the contradictions and disputes such as marriage and inheritance that may be encountered in daily work, taught everyone the adjustment skills, improved the ability of grid members and joint household heads to resolve conflicts and disputes in their daily work, learned to use the rule of law thinking and methods to resolve conflicts and disputes, and safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the residents, so as to be a qualified person"The law understands people".

Subsequently, Zhang Yanhua, a community worker, explained to everyone the important role of grid members and joint household heads in the new era in the investigation of risks and hidden dangers, the adjustment of contradictions and disputes, and the investigation of social conditions and public opinions, so that everyone can truly understand their responsibilities. Finally, the hot issues that the masses are concerned about, such as pension fraud, telecommunication fraud, and fund-raising fraud, were preached to improve the professional knowledge of anti-fraud and anti-fraud of grid members and joint household heads.
