In order to further carry forward the spirit of the Constitution, publicize the party's policy on overseas Chinese affairs and the knowledge of overseas Chinese law, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of the vast number of overseas Chinese and their relatives, on April 18, the United Front Work Department of the Yizhou District Party Committee and the Hami City Federation of Overseas Chinese launched a propaganda activity in Wulatai Township on "Forging a Sense of Community of the Chinese Nation and Sending the Law to the Grassroots", and a total of more than 30 returned overseas Chinese, their relatives and united front officers received legal education.

Ablimiti Abdurrahman, chairman of the Hami Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, gave an explanation to the returned overseas Chinese, their relatives and the united front officers with the "Constitution" and the "Measures for the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Returned Overseas Chinese and Their Relatives" as the main contents, so that the returned overseas Chinese and their relatives have a further understanding and understanding of the concepts of citizens' obligations and rights. The atmosphere was warm, and the interactive Q&A improved the ability of the overseas Chinese masses to study, understand, abide by, and use the law.

At the scene, they also watched the "Story of Overseas Chinese" series of short videos shot by the Federation of Overseas Chinese of the Autonomous Region, which focused on leading the masses to maintain national unity, increase income and get rich, create a new social trend, deepen the action of helping overseas Chinese and benefiting overseas Chinese, help economic and social development, safeguard the interests of overseas Chinese in accordance with the law, unite as one, unite the hearts of overseas Chinese, gather overseas Chinese strength, and give full play to the strength of the overseas Chinese community for the high-quality development of Yizhou District.
