April this year is the 21st "Constitution and Law Publicity Month" in the autonomous region, and Yanqi County has adopted various forms to enrich the means and carriers of propaganda to promote the Constitution and laws into the streets and alleys and into thousands of households.
The county party committee comprehensively administers the county in accordance with the law and holds a kick-off meeting for the 21st "Constitution and Law Publicity Month" of the autonomous region, making careful arrangements and promoting it from a high position to ensure that the "Constitution and Law Publicity Month" achieves practical results. Party committees (Party groups) at all levels of theoretical study center groups earnestly carry out special study of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, and all departments and units organize staff to actively participate in the "Constitution and Law Publicity Month" answering activities and the "Monthly Contest for Law Learners", to promote leaders and cadres to take the lead in learning and exemplary practice.
All townships, towns, and units are to post posters for the publicity of the Constitution and laws in public places, distribute publicity materials on the rule of law, broadcast audio and video publicity of the Constitution and laws on large outdoor electronic screens, and centrally push the program "Fa Run Xingyan" and publicity information on the Constitution and laws in the "two micro and one end", creating a strong atmosphere of respecting the law, learning the law, abiding by the law, and using the law.
In light of actual conditions and local characteristics, townships and towns have carried out various and colorful activities for the Constitution and Law Publicity Month. Seven Star Towns and No. 5 Qu Township carried out centralized rule of law publicity and consultation activities in the bazaars under their jurisdiction in conjunction with the "Bazaar Day"; Chahan Caikai Township combined with the Fourth Apricot Blossom Festival in Almodun Village to carry out rule of law publicity and consultation, advocating that tourists consciously take care of the beautiful scenery while enjoying the flowers; Yanqi Town organized the backbone of rule of law propaganda to give lectures on the rule of law in the residences of migrant workers; Yongning Township, Beidaqu Township, and Baoerhai Township took the "Farun Tianshan and National Flag Law Popularization" activity as an opportunity to combine night school training for farmers and herdsmen, home explanations, "small broadcasts" and "big speakers" and other forms of publicity, and carry out publicity and education on the rule of law on a regular basis. All primary and secondary schools continue to carry out various forms of law-learning activities such as "morning reading of the Constitution", mock courts, rule of law speech contests, and themed class meetings, enriching the cultural life of the rule of law on campus.
Up to now, the county has held 1 kick-off meeting, 8 on-site centralized publicity activities, 86 rule of law lectures, more than 30,000 copies of various rule of law publicity materials, and more than 6,000 legal publicity video slogans.
Yanqi County will consolidate the responsibilities of the "Constitution and Law Publicity Month" of all townships and departments, continue to expand the publicity of the Constitution and laws, and actively create a strong atmosphere of respecting the Constitution, learning the Constitution, abiding by the Constitution, safeguarding the Constitution, and using the Constitution, so that the publicity of the Constitution will be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
