Yes, it is a blessing to have no sons in this country! Think of how easy life would be without this baggage. Secondly, let's talk about the actual situation. If you look at the examples around you, how many families are living a good life because they have a son? I haven't seen it. I've heard of people who died because of raising a son. If you had known about it, you should have made a decisive decision that not having a son would be the right thing to do!
Besides, even if you have a son, what can you do? When he grows up, don't you still want to leave you and pursue his own life? You have worked hard to raise him, and in the end you may not get as much as a stranger's smile at you. It's not worth it!
