Modiz Sukhumvit 50 is a modern luxury condominium located in the heart of Sukhumvit with the most spectacular views of the Chao Phraya River. Despite its strategic location near the Chaopraya River and spectacular views, it inevitably faced the challenge of contamination from the factory site. In an environment full of advantages and challenges, the key to the project was to reach its full potential while effectively tackling the pollution problem.
The ground-floor green space is focused on creating a green shelter, while the rooftop is conceived as the pinnacle of luxury living. The challenge is to fully appreciate the magnificent panorama of the Chao Phraya River. To meet this complex challenge, a visionary concept was developed – to create a "green shelter". The ground floor was originally intended for multi-use use, but is now designated as a lush green space for residents. This goal is to provide a haven of tranquility, a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, and an ideal place for people to connect with nature.
The multi-level design meant not only framing the landscape, but also immersing the residents in its grandeur. The overall design concept is "living in the clouds", where life meets the horizon, water and the city, and blends into the embrace of nature.

The concept of a "green shelter" goes beyond a purely aesthetic concept and is a strategic response to the challenge of pollution. The design uses carefully selected plants as a natural filtration system, and the cushioning effect of the leaves intercepts pollutants from the nearby factory area, providing cleaner, fresher air in the space. Every detail has been taken into account when creating this oasis, and the circular path has been carefully designed to reflect the soft contours of nature.
These trails act as a staircase of nature, guiding residents through the reserve with grace and ease. The addition of cascading water features adds a sensory dimension to the experience, and the soft sound of flowing water enhances the feeling of immersion in the natural environment, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and seclusion that contrasts with the unrelenting rhythm of the city.
To achieve this vision, the soft landscaping design adopted the concept of a tropical style, a choice that filled the ground floor with lush greenery. The design evokes the feeling of being in a tropical paradise, with the canopy providing shade and shelter. The carefully selected plants are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also act as nature's natural filtration system, protecting residents from nearby industrial activities, creating a haven of pure tranquility.
The rooftop design is guided by the "senses of nature" and aims to provide residents with an experience that goes beyond the visuals. The roof is divided into two distinct areas: the West Pool and the East Pool. The west pool area includes a main pool, a panoramic Jacuzzi lounge and a floating pool bed. The elements have been carefully designed to provide residents with uninterrupted river views, blurring the lines between the pool and the horizon. On the other hand, the East Pool area is designed as a family area with a feature jacuzzi and a children's pool, designed to be a relaxing pool for relaxation and enjoying the scenery. These spaces provide a serene contrast to the nearby industrial activity, providing a haven for families to relax.
