The 13th Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award awarded a total of 70 award-winning projects, including the Outstanding Contribution Award, the Natural Science Award, the Technological Invention Award, etc., involving key areas such as generative AI, large models and general artificial intelligence. Gao Wenfeng, director of Pengcheng Laboratory and academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, won the highest achievement award in artificial intelligence. Academician Gao Wen led the establishment of AVS, China's video codec technology standard system, and promoted the leapfrog development of China's digital video industry in core technologies.
