The concept of Haidian Artificial Intelligence Innovation District was released at the Future Artificial Intelligence Pioneer Forum, which became the focus of media attention. Located in the south of Haidian District, with an area of 53 square kilometers, the Artificial Intelligence Innovation Block takes "three horizontal, two vertical and one belt" as the framework, connecting the scientific and technological achievements of 37 top universities, 10 new R&D institutions, 52 national key laboratories, 106 national scientific research institutions, and 1,300 artificial intelligence enterprises, bringing together the wisdom of 12,300 artificial intelligence scholars and 89 AI2000 global top scholars, and creating an urban intelligent body that can learn, think, warm and evolve. In terms of the supply of key elements, in terms of computing power, Haidian District is actively building a public computing platform for artificial intelligence in Beijing, with 3500P computing power already deployed in place, and plans to deploy 10000P computing power by the end of the year;

In terms of space and capital, the Zhongguancun artificial intelligence large model industrial agglomeration area with Zhongguancun Zhichun Road, Xueyuan Road and the surrounding 39 square kilometers as the core area and leading area has been basically formed, and the first batch of four characteristic industrial parks have been built, including Wudaokou, Peking University West Gate, Zhongguancun West District and Tsinghua Science and Technology Park, with a construction area of 670,000 square meters, mainly focusing on core technology research and development, training innovative talents, and improving innovation ecology to improve industrial innovation efficiency.
