According to the preliminary inspection, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Gui'an New Area organized a total of 240 principals and food safety directors (food safety officers) from major secondary schools, primary and secondary schools and nursery institutions in Gui'an New Area on April 12 to hold a special meeting on campus food safety work and experience exchange training in the spring of 2024.

At the work meeting, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Gui'an New Area notified the "Campus Food Safety Inspection in the Spring of 2024", named some schools that did not have the main responsibility in place and the "three prevention" facilities were not perfect, and notified the handling of 4 campus food cases.
At the same time, the Social Undertaking Administration of Gui'an New District notified the "Campus Food Safety Self-inspection and Rectification", requiring major secondary schools, primary and secondary schools and childcare institutions to strengthen the investigation of food safety hazards, improve the working mechanism of "first-in-command, grid-based, and weekly scheduling".

At the experience exchange training meeting, Guizhou Institute of Technology, the Affiliated School of Gui'an New Area of Beijing Normal University, Malu Central Primary School, and Xingyuewan Kindergarten made exchange speeches as representatives. The four colleges and universities respectively introduced the experience and practices of canteen management to the participants in terms of implementing the main responsibility, consolidating the basic work of the canteen, improving the food safety management system, and implementing the "daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly scheduling".
