Located in Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, the Jizao Railway Project of CCCC Third Public Bureau is a new Jinan-Zaozhuang Railway JZTJ-8 bid section, with a total length of 15.823 kilometers. The main works include roadbed, bridges and culverts, tunnels, stations, ballastless bed, relocation and large-scale temporary works.
The new Jinan-Zaozhuang railway is connected with Shiji-Qingdao high-speed railway, Jiaoji passenger railway, south to Zaozhuang and planned Zaoxu intercity and Zaoxin intercity, and the high-speed railway channel of central and southern Shandong Province to jointly build a high-speed intercity railway network in Shandong Province, forming a tourism fast channel and a regional high-speed railway running through Hebei, Shandong and Jiangsu provinces. After completion, the improvement of Shandong's "four horizontal and six vertical" high-speed rail network and the intercity railway network of the urban agglomeration of the Shandong Peninsula will help alleviate the pressure of passenger flow on the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway corridor, and is of great significance for promoting urbanization along the line and realizing the coordinated development of regional integration.
In February this year, the laboratory of the Jizao Railway Project Center, which was built by the transportation rail company, successfully passed the acceptance with the comprehensive evaluation results of the third and the first in CCCC. In order to ensure the progress in the early stage, the project overcame unfavorable factors such as shortage of personnel and bad weather, and lasted more than 1 month from the construction of the station, the detection of the entry instrument to the standardized construction.
The central laboratory is located in the No. 2 mixing station of Xiwangzhuang Town, Shizhong District, Zaozhuang City, Shandong Province, and undertakes various tests and testing work related to bridges and culverts, tunnels, roadbeds and other related tests and testing of the Jizao Railway Project, including 16 functional rooms such as sample retention room, information room, high temperature room, on-site testing room, cementitious material room, standard maintenance room, etc., with a total construction area of 1276 square meters.
In the face of high construction standards and strict quality management requirements of high-speed railways, it is necessary to do sufficient guarantee work before construction. The central laboratory plays a role in pre-production supervision, tests different test objects, screens out reliable materials in the "polishing" again and again, and makes in-depth use of scientific and technological strength to build a complete information management system, and uses "digital intelligence" technology to realize the true and reliable test data, the process is standardized and controllable, and the results are traceable, so as to ensure the "quality control" for the follow-up construction from the source.
The central laboratory is equipped with a total of 156 sets of testing machines, grinding machines, cutting machines, concrete permeability meters and other large-scale instruments and equipment, which are used to carry out the detection and testing of raw materials such as cement, sand and gravel, steel bars, etc., each equipment has established a management ledger, connected to the information platform, and the complex raw material test results are digitally processed by the terminal application system to realize the automatic calculation and judgment of production materials and the real-time collection and transmission of key data. In addition, mathematical statistical analysis is carried out simultaneously, test reports are generated independently, and integrated access to the construction management platform of Shandong Railway Investment Project is convenient for management personnel to regularly evaluate the quality of the project, statistically analyze the unqualified processing of data, fully grasp the construction quality dynamics, make correct decisions, and prepare for large-scale construction.
The three testers go back and forth every day in the cementitious materials room, chemistry room and other functional rooms, and these experimental instruments "deal" with these experimental instruments, in their opinion, information management saves a lot of work. At the same time, the information system monitors the operation room in an all-round way, focuses on the monitoring of the universal testing machine and the concrete compressive strength testing machine, and strictly measures the unstable external environment such as humidity and temperature through intelligent control means, and makes adjustments synchronously to reduce the influence of variables, which greatly improves the standardization and normalization of the test process and further improves work efficiency.
The information management system is not only a "good helper" for the raw material test, but also plays a role in boosting the follow-up construction process. The qualified test report generated by the laboratory is confirmed by information circulation, and directly imported into the numerical control system of the mixing station and the steel processing plant, and the qualified materials enter the site with one key after receiving the pouring order, and the proportion sheet is downloaded to the Internet platform through the professional interface program, and the first production is started, which fundamentally puts an end to the phenomenon of "using before inspection", and the closely connected operation process presses the "acceleration button" for the construction progress.
